  Assassins Finest Hour

The game is really just unbelievable because you can see that they wanted to make the game better and they did, the multiplayer makes the game better than the other games and the story lines wraps up a lot of loose ends.

  Dissapointing at best

Okay, to put it bluntly this game is bad, a lot of people giving it a good review just because its an assassin's creed game, if it was called anything else it would receive no were near the credit it dosen't even deserve. why is it a bad game? well its major flaw is its really really boring, its starts of with an amazing action sequence and then you spend the overall 90% of the game getting from A to B, where you will be either gathering information, 'tailing' people basically things a spy or the 'thieves guild' (which is in the game) should really be doing, you actually do very little assassinating during the game, and even when it does come to that point you can just use your 'assassin recruits' which was a good thing to add to the game but they are way too effective. travelling is also an issue, even on horseback it can take a good while and the fast travel locations need to be purchased.

Another flaw is partly the gameplay. There is far too many different actions for the amount of buttons on the controller, trying to break the defence 'kick' bulkier enemy's while trying to evade/counter the weaker ones is just ridiculous, trying to lock onto enemies can also be frustrating, even trying to assassinate enemies can be difficult at times with flawed controls. The previous AC games also had this issue.

However one of the things i did enjoy was exploring the hideouts of the followers of Romulus, i think more exploration of ancient places in an assassins creed would do it a lot of good and keep the gamers interested. The multiplayer was also a nice change but its nothing fabulous.

Ubisoft should have spent more time in developing an improved 3rd assassins creed rather than rushing this out which just lingers in assassins creed 2's shadow. with all the spying and pointlessness im surprised this wasn't a 007 game. Just kidding. Or am i? But seriously this game was a big disapointment. Sad Face :(

As perfect a game as you could get.

Had this game somehow ended up not working half way through the story, I would have quite happily paid another 40 pound for this game. It is brilliant in every way. DLC also adds a new element to the game and expands the experience. One of the best games I've ever played!

I am an xbox owner, and this game is very bad. The storyline is too short and there are way too many irratating bugs. I really hope the devs improve bye the next AC, because I love creed. The only good thing about this game is the multiplayer, because it is simple. They have overcomplicated this game, and the reason all the other creed's were so good is because they were simple and had a good story. Brotherhood has neither. Now if you'll excuse me I am going to bang my head against the wall as I try to think of a way of getting my 20 quid back.

  Not for me.

Brotherhood in my opinion is just like AC1 & 2, so if you liked those two then this is great for you but I personally didn't really like the whole series and find them quite boring a repetitive as you just travel somewhere and kill someone, then travel somewhere else and kill another person, not for me. So if your like me and didn't like and/or got bored of the first two then DON'T buy it but if you liked the other two then DO buy it.

  Online Play Alone, Fantastic

This third installment of the story is excellent, the storyline is well crafted, graphics stunning and Rome is spot on.

The best thing though about this game is the online play which offers something slightly different to the likes of Call of Duty.

Wanted focusses on up to 8 players hunting each other at a given time and its not as simple as getting the kill but its also about the quality of the kill and you have an arsenal of weapons and gizmo's to help you as you level up.

Manhunt is also fun two teams of up to four players taking it in turn over two rounds to be the hunter and the hunted.

Even if you don't like the series and you can get a copy cheap enough the online play is worth a shot.
