I bought this game for my 4 and 7 year old sons. They have a decent game library by now but I have to say Toy Story 3 beats them all. The multiplayer happens via a split screen, meaning that they can both play at the same time and if one finds something a bit hard, he will eventually being pulled along as his brother completes that section of the level. The graphics are stimulating and colourful at all times - visually stunning and superbly rewarding, you cannot help but love this game! I've really enjoyed playing this with them and they love playing it together or solo also. Probably the only game we've ever had that keeps them mesmerised level after level and they just keep playing it through. I paid 40 pounds when this first came out and it was money well spent. We've never had this much use from any one game before. I thoroughly recommend Toy Story 3 for kids of all ages and I've also really enjoyed playing it with them.
This game was great fun. The story mode was outrageously crazy as was the toybox mode. Great. But, when I was playing through the toybox mode I was experiencing many glitches which stopped me from completing the game. Personally, I'm a completionist so for the simple fact I couldn't fully complete this game I have to give it 4*, not 5*.
I got this game as i'm a fan of Toy Story, was 10 when the first one came out and love it ever since. Toy story is a good game, the story mode is easy to do and can be a chellenge, even for me. But most of the time spent playing the game is in the toy box mode. You can do a numbero f things in there. The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not ten as it was easy to do for me. So if your just a grow up who like toy story, might be better rent out first, but if your getting it for the kids, then its the best kids game around.
