Xbox Live 1200 Microsoft Points Card - Modern Warfare 2 Design

As someone else has mentioned, this can be used for a multifarious amount of things other than the overpriced MW2 Map Packs. There are tons of great Xbox Live Arcade games, and even one or two Indie games that are pretty good as well (and majority are a tiny 80pts).

If you want to buy something on Xbox Live that is exactly 1200 points, then this is perfect since you will have no left over points.

If you work out how much this would cost if you could buy 1200pts via the Xbox Marketplace, since 8.50 (pounds) is 1000pts, it would end up costing 10.20 (pounds), so not much of a saving really, but this is still better if what you want to buy costs 1200pts since you will have none left over. But on the other hand, if you plan to make a purchase of more than just a 1200pts item, then I wouldn't recommend this.

This is great if you want to buy one of the map packs!

All of the other map packs when released cost 800msp. This fits in just well with the huge price tag MW2 got when released. Not reccomended unless you play MW2 24/7 or your so rich this doesnt even make a scratch in your wallet.

When it comes to buying map packs this is just perfect, unless you want to buy other stuff from the marketplace then get the 2100 but this is perfect and very good for just 10 quid works out like 2 quid a map i really dont see why people moan because a 10 quid/1200msp 1 off payment is nothing, cheers play keep it up

i think this is a grate product i have ordered my 3rd now because of the new and upcoming MW2 DLC which is 1200MP again but a small price to pay for a lifetime of fun.

The points can be used on anything from the XBL marketplace there good to buy being only 10quid and a lot of stuff being between 1200-400MP so u can buy quite a bit of stuff

It does what it says on the tin with a nice MW2 touch. Microsoft points can be used to by anything on Xbox Live marketplace but this MW2 designed pack is in aid of the new MW2 Map Pack but of course, you dont have to use points for that.

im normally against DLC besides certain xbox live arcade games . but for 2 pound a map this really is a bargain. the points can also be used against other purchases . a tenner for all these points? yes please. all day long

Its perfect as it not too little or too much, and its for the perfect price!

The buy itself is solid as with the 1200 points you could buy great arcade titles such as toy soldiers, shadow complex, trials HD, battlefield 1943 etc. As well as being able to waste it on MW 2 maps - considering the design and release i'm guessing microsoft have released it specially for the map pack. Unfortunately for new map pack it will cost all of these points to receive very little compared to the other options that are avaliable to purchase. But it is worth getting as it does allow to buy one thing without having useless left over points.
