this workout game is great, really fun and motivating. it has workouts tailored to resistance bands, aerobics step and ankle weights. it's good because you can see yourself on screen to help you get all the moves correct. it has helpful recipes with methods for making them. new workouts are given everyday each one different, you can adjust workout time and select goals to work towards like, get rid of belly fat, or get fit for sports event. overall a great tool to help with fitness and weight loss.
