Played the demo on xbox live and thought i'd give it a miss.
However, bought it and don't regret it at all. It's a perfect companion to F1 2010. The graphics aren't great, but they are functional. The key thing that the game has going for it is the simulation aspect, the handling is great with my Microsoft steering wheel. This is not dirt 2 (arcade style handling) - I actually prefer WRC to dirt/dirt 2 now.
The demo had awful handling and I don't know why they released it! The full game is very different - give it a go!
I bought this from Play and it turned up 2 days later just before Christmas. Well done play. Unfortunately this game is bad. I was really looking forward to a new rally game on the xbox.
I downloaded the demo from marketplace and wasn't impressed but after reading some reviews saying that the car handling had been improved i thought i'd give it a go.
the handling of the cars is better than the demo in the full game but no where near what they should be. the graphics also resemble an old PS2 game.
XBOX is so much better than this game. If the developers are looking into releasing a new WRC next year lets hope they do a massive overhaul on the entire game.
Racing games is my pasion, so i was looking forward to this release with great anticipation. Pre ordered it and when it dropped throught my letterbox i couldent wait to play it. Oh hum, whare to start? well lets start with the graphics and look of the game. I have racing games on my old ps2 that the graphics are just as good. Thay are no whare as detailed as other rally games like dirt 1 and 2 and sega rally. Also your co drivers instructions sound like thay are synthesised like on the old amiga computer. The cars slide all over the place no matter how many time i try tweaking the settings like downforce and suspention, plus no music to listen to while you are driving to get the adrenaling running. Still not recieved my bonus keyring yet either?

This game is a must buy, loads better than Dirt and Sega rally! Cars handle really well, and feel as though they have a bit weight to them, and the graphics are really good.
