Venetica

I am definitely a fan of PC RPG's but don't own a PC good enough the play any of them. So it's good then, that the 360 is getting ports of the most promising ones. I know that graphically they dont look as good, they dont perform as well and that the controls are best suited to a mouse and keyboard. But this never stops me from enjoying them. Venetica is no exception. There's something about these games that just keeps me playing. In Venetica's case it's definitely the game world and characters. While the look may appear simple I think it works well, especially with the bright colours. The story is also pretty good, and the combat, while repetitive never gets dull (especially when your whacking enemies with a giant hammer). If you enjoyed games like Divinity II, Risen and Gothic 4. Definitely give this game a try.
