Sniper Elite V2

I love this game! the story line is pretty good and the gameplay is amazing, this is such a well made game and offers many hours of enjoyment. well worth buying

The single player campaign is interesting enough, but you find that as soon as you get used to a particular weapon's muzzle velocity and bullet drop, the game forces you to swap to a new weapon instead. The slow motion X-ray Kill Cam is pretty cool, but that's the only cool bit/USP of the game. Some games you can go back to time and time again, but not this one, its too repetitive. One play and you're done.

The multiplayer is woefully under-equipped. Its co-operative only and there are maybe 3 environments and each one is only 200mx200m. That must be very repetitive and dull, too, because no-one is online. I don't mean that in a figurative way. I mean NOT A SINGLE PERSON is online, you can't get a multiplayer game started because you are the only guy in the world who's trying to give it a go.

Try Sniper: Ghost Warrior instead, its modern, has really cool rifles and has a slow motion kill-cam, too. The biggest advantages are that the campaign can be revisited and the multiplayer is competitive and you'll never fail to get a game going at any time of the day.

As always though, try the demos in XBox's Game marketplace first...

this is a very good game in my opinion the best sniper game out there and best ww2 game since call of duty 2.this is no cod and is more ENEMY AT THE GATE STYLE. it is a tactical game where you have to find a good spot and take your shot carefully. a must try game..

I bought this game on a friends recommendation and at first seemed good. In the end I found the story to be to short and end quickly. The levels as you go through do get longer and require more to do.
But after finishing the game I found there wasn't much to do.
There is a wave mode but after a few attempts it kind of loses it's value.
It is a multiplayer but only as a co-op mode.
Maybe worth checking out if you have spare cash and time to give it a run through.

great game, graphics not great but ok. Basic kinda game lots of fun playing it . Love the bullit cam and xray vision.

Entertaining game but does get a bit repetitive, the bullet cams are enough to make the game a bit different but overall doesn't stack up to the likes of MW3 or Battlefield 3, worth buying if you like this style of game. Graphics are not cutting edge but good enough. A.I. is a bit numb for example; 3 guards in the room, shot 2, the other 1 never batted an eyelid. Overall 7/10, enjoyable up to a point.

After just completing the campaign for this game today, I can say that I thought it was brilliant. The X-Ray camera that is shown sometimes when an enemy is hit in the head, chest, or other part of the body is very brutal, and that's why I love it. The campaign I warn some, is in my opinion, quite short. Nevertheless, it's very enjoyable. I also played a bit of multiplayer co-op where there is a game mode 'Kill Tally' where you and a partner team up and go through wave after wave to get as many kills as possible which is a lot of fun, and very competitive.

Overall this a very very good shooter. It's not your average shooting game, it's beyond that, and something very unique. If you somewhat regard yourself as a sniping fan in games, you have to try this game. I recommend it for any shooter fan.

Just downloaded and played the demo. If your a fan of snipers in MP games then this game is right up your street then. Looks good, plays good and good weapon and bullet handling mechanics! A must buy for Sniper Gamers.

Hi there I've downloaded the demo the other day and if the game is Anything or as expected better this is going to be a amazing game kill cam amazing. You have to think how to get to target not just gun ya way though it. Download the demo and see you will not be disappointed.

Nothing tops that feeling of a headshot perfectly timed, that is until this game, i attually enjoyed the heart exploding shot more than a head shot which is normally not the case and for that you know this will be a great game.
