At the end of the day, you will either buy this for what it is or you wont. It's heavily focused on striking, combinations, fighting movements but still has a good cross section of programmes, warm ups and 'free training' options in the package.
If you want a nice sedate work out, don't bother with this. If you want to focus on striking techniques and work those kind of skills in the comfort of your front room, this is definitely for you.
I find this far more relevant to my previous (if limited) experience with Karate and Krav Maga than something like EA Sports Active, and UFC Personal Trainer is far less buggy, and didn't 'lose me' anywhere near as much as EA's tedious effort.
