What a crock.I have played all the bonds on all the consoles this is by far the worst.Graphics like a snes gameplay for jokers.Spent some hard earned cash on this game feel totally ripped off.Time to dust off the n64 play a real 007.

It's fun but was never going to be it's father

This game is just fine for 15 quid or however much it is when you find this; it's entertaining and has a nice feel to it that is reminiscent of Craig's outings as Bond while managing to feel very familiar to the original. You'd have to be a moron to buy this instead of Halo or Call of Duty, just like if you bought Darksiders instead of Skyrim but that doesn't mean don't, you'll probably enjoy it. It's clearly flawed and there are more technically proficient and entertaining games out there but it's still worth a shot if you've got a fallow period and there's nothing inspiring in your library. Oh and since I mentioned it, get Darksiders as well, it's fun.

no a touch on the origional

I remember the great goldeneye on the N64 but this is not a patch on that and why o why have Daniel Craig as the bond in this, would have much preffered the origional bought over on to the xbox than this attempt

i am a MASSIVE bond fan, i liked quantom of solace which was great and blood stone which was a great game and slated very unjustly. so i decided to pick this up. at first glance it seems like a new game, better graphics, daniel craig at the helm and it is not at all the same as the n64 version. its a remake that actually holds up even if it does change a lot. the story relatively stays in tact and i prefer craig to brosnan anyway. the gameplay is easy to jump into as anyone who plays any type of shooter the controls are pretty similar and even if you dont its easy to get to grips with.
overall the game is very well done and although does not stay true to the original it holds up and plays well and i found it a very good play and at a cheap price id urge any bond or even shooter fan to purchase it

I originally bought this game for nostalgic reasons, I used to love the multiplayer mode. I decided to give the online multiplayer a crack and its superb, no lag, plenty of arenas to use and a fair amount of people playing - there are generally 12-6 people in the lobby.
