Syndicate

First of all, you should not compare this game with the good-old-tactical-Syndicate, cause it is completely a different game, in a different genre. As a first-person shooter Syndicate is a great game, with nice graphics (sometimes to much bloom, but its OK), incredible sound effects and fantastic shooting mechanics. AI is one of the best out there, they move from cover to cover, they crouch, charge, try to flush you out with grenades and such (they even sometime prone behind cover which I haven't seen before). Also, your special abilities are very fun to experiment with, creating a very unique feel to the whole experience. Campaign is not very long, but not shorter that today's other FPS games. Co-op is very fun to play with your friends (or even alone). I recommend this game to anyone who is interested in playing hardcore shooters.

If your thinking this game is anything like the original syndicate (which I loved btw) then you would be wrong, however the game really is worth playing for the co-op

In the co-op you can go online and play with 3 other Agents in a quick play mode that is fast paced and very well put together for co-operative play where you constantly have to work together just to stay alive, any rambo style will get you killed

The graphics do let it down slightly but if you get over the fact that the game could have been a lot more polished and concentrate on building up your skill tree and having fun with the co-op you won't be disappointed with it.

Single player well it's not very long and doesn't offer much of a challenge so play for a bit but other than that stick to co-op
