Turtle Beach Ear Force XL1 Headset

could be good if i could use them it should say you need a av adapter for these to work if something needs another item to work it should say i now have to wait to get the adapter before i even no if they work or not

Ok heres my opinion and review
Plastic and Leaky these headphone are ok
They don't hurt your ears after hours of play but if you in a room with other person they leak like no mans business. I have Hdmi on all my connector and these don't have the capabilities to use that type of audio, I have to use the old componant connector in to the back of my xbox minus the bulky grey cover or it wont fit then run the audio to the red and white connector on my tv. it looks a mess at the back (silver innards) and there are wire everywhere (I hate wires) check Youtube for video instructions. Apart from that I can use them when I don't want to wake the girlfriend up on a sat morning gaming session and they do sound fine, and talk fine...

I bought these for my son as he wanted a surround sound headset for when black ops 2 come. He says he is very happy with the headset and they offer the quality of an expensive headset. The headset allows you to hear enemies in games such as call of duty before you see them, giving you an advantage in the game.

After having had many headsets over the years, this is by a long way the best i've had so far. The sound quality is awesome and with both game and mic chat coming through its great for multiplayer games.
I've had trouble with other headsets not being clear and picking up what im saying, but friends tell me this is crystal clear.

This headset was very good for about 4 months then the headphones broke and then a month later the microphone broke but all in all the quality of this headset for 25 pound is good,

*Had this headset for about 6 months now, and they're still working the same way as when I opened the packaging.
*For 25 quid you can't get a better headset, the ear pads fit around the ear so it's really comfortable and you don't even know they're there after hours on end of playing.
*Really easy to set up. 2 Wires go into TV, 1 wire goes into a USB slot (best would just be your xbox usb slot) and 1 more little wire which connects you to your controller.
*Amazing sound and great mic
*I really recommend buying these, don't bother getting 50 quid ones, you don't get much more for your money.

Really good pair of headset really clear and is perfect only one big problem with them!! The wire is too short and I fear I may trip over it at some point and break them. The wire on the Turtle Beach X11's are much longer. I would grab them instead!!

Ordered these buy chance one day as I was just browsing. Brilliant price for such a well known brand. Excellent quality and value for money and delivery was very quick. Only downsides are they are quite difficult to set up but theyre pretty self explanatory and there are excellent product videos an setup guides from the company on YouTube and there is a tiny bit of hiss. Other than that 5 stars and well worth the money! Star buy!
