I finally got around to buying this game today, only 2 levels in and I'm really enjoying it.
Compared to the first I find this game.. Mmm slightly better so far.
The improved graphics make the game much more realistic and, well, scary.
The reason it only had 4 stars is becuase of the combo system... why? I find it pointless :/ stringing together combos against mobs.. really isn't what should be happening.. but in any case, good game!

Really good game overall, great presentation, sound and atmosfear (hehe) but I found the combat system unintuitive and foond myself dying quite a bit, even on easy. (&I don't suck at games)
I love the creepy feeling this game gives you, though I would reccomend the first game over this one. the combat system there was much less complicated.

okay, i never ever ever normally get something like this, (having completed this one before finding the orginal) but i loved it to my surprised, if your genuinly put off by these sorts of games, i recommend you get this one, the opening chapter, i found, was scary, and so is another later on but the rest arent bad tbh,
a deffinate buy, although the first one is a hell of alot scarier and had me hinding behind the sofa at times !
