this game was cheap so i thought id give it a go but wasnt expecting a game as good as this......... the addictivness is immense iv been playin it for 5 hours now and it feels like 1! the weapons are so over the top its good! the co op is brilliant shame bout no online though!

I love this game I'm so glad i brought it i cant stop playing it its so addictive & excellent on 2 player co-op. I only wish there were more games like this one.

This game is TERRIBLE! The graphics are poor (reminds me of Commodore 64 Sprites), the music non existent/tinny and the sound effects are rubbish. The game is NOT addictive but is very frustrating...do not mix this up with another Earth Defence Force game (name escapes me now) that is apparently fantastic. Avoid at all cost because you will be disappointed amd annoyed at wasting your money as I was!

This is a classic shooter up game which you would find in an arcade. I am glad it was made for the 360.

Classic shooter my favourite game on xbox sence cod 4, shame u cant play it online then it would be fantastic,enemys are good and lots of levels never got bored ,took for ever to complete and very adictive , buy it now cheep but worth it.

I got this game last year when it was released and have'nt looked back.Ive sold games and traded games but i could'nt bring myself to pass this on.Its a game from Japan published by D3 which im thgankful for and like Tench developers they dont have a huge budget but this game looks great,gameplay is addictive.Real value for money and great fun in co-op.The only reason it runs short of a fifth star rating is because its not co-op online which i was truthly let down by but then most of my mates still pop round for evenings unannounced so the split screen option lives just as well now as it did last year.
Building your character into a supersolder will take time so dont expect to take on the hardest(INFERNO)difficulty straight away!Building your solder up is a matter of collecting stamina points dropped by fallen enemys which add to your gauge toward further missions after the one you collected them on.
Bring on EDF sequel now but with online modes and i'll be haaappy!

the graphics arent gears of war quality. but i couldnt care less.(they are actually quite good in places though). I think that games should be fun above anything else, you can buy a game that looks amazing -but is very boring. This game is the most addictive game ive played on the xbox360. after the first 3/4 levels you think is that it. but then give it half hour , start to see the HUUUUUUGE enemies and guns and ...well lets not spoil it just buy the game. SOOOOOO MUUUCHHH FFFFFUNN!!!! VERY ADDICTIVE!

This is pretty much the perfect budget game you could possibly imagine! Huge fun with mates round doing co-op, and even on single player you get 53 missions which are fun to play again to get all the weapon pickups, building falls down, baddies are ridiculous (huge ants, massive spiders, big shiny 70's robots) which makes it even more fun to blow them up! the only crappy feature is the vehicles which are pretty lame however theres never a point in the game where they are actually a necessity! top fun!

As most people are saying this game is hilarious, cheap, and well just brilliant. ok so its not realistic, or the greatest game ever made, it wasnt supposed to be.
But purchase this game, get your mates round and take turns doing levels on co-op,

The guns are amazing, the building can all fall down, the one-liners you hear from your fellow cadets are so funny aswell,

This game sits proudly in my collection. and when you had a few beers with your friends pull this game out, Fantastic
