there is a little improvment from 07 so if you dont know your players and just want to play ball try madden 07 as it will be cheaper. but still a great game

Madden NFL 08 is a great game based on the visual and gameplay aspects, the classic madden control scheme returns with great joy and a whole host of new features adds to the whole experience
Unfortunately a few rare glitches can be quite annoying, but the most annoying thing is the amount of frustration this game can give you. If u have a short temper a single play can cause you to turn your xbox off.
So great game with a couple a minor flaws and the capability to smash up your contol pad

its a brilliant game but when you play multiplayer with some one they can see what play you picked so you cant trick them, i liked the old method where you had to press one of three buttons it left the other person clueless but all in all a great game
