Simple to upgrade comes with cable and lead, hazzel free takes between 1-2 hours to move stuff over depending on how much stuff you have on old drive!
i ony upgraded because the new dashboard 'NXE' lets u save complete games and after deleating all the demos and rubbish off i think you could save approx 15 games onto it?

Very expensive ofr what it's it really is. But it makes the Xbox so much more usable. Especially if you plan on using downloadable content or purchasing the Xbox orginals online.
All my Forza 2 files copied over no problem.
