Where to start...... This game is incredibily fun and yet i'm an adult (whilst the game is targeted for kids). The mini-games are very easy to get use to and understand, whilst the controls are very very simple. If you have 4 controllers and 3 other people to play this game with then play 4 player because thats what makes this game 10x better having a laugh and joke with your family/friends if not then go online tho its not quite the same experience.

The lifespan on this game is very good since it has been out for about a year, and i have had it for tht long and i still play on it on a regular basis, also the graphics are quite good.

I would recommend this game to any who like to play games with their family and friends and looking for value for money becoz this is the game to get.

This is a surprisingly fun game! Take Crash Bash, add the characters from Viva Pinata and throw in the addition of racing and you have yourself Party Animals! Great to play with friends, the majority of the achievements are very easy to get too, for all you achievement hunters! The reason it lost a star from me is because it is not so good single player, but with Xbox Live there will be no reason for you to play alone! Great game!

  kids love it

i bought this game for one reason,to give my nephews something they could play together that didnt involve blowing each other to pieces like most of my other games.
it is worth every penny, never before have the three of them been so well behaved and so happy when playing together.they were even giving congratulatory hugs to the winner of their favourite events.
anyone with kids around 5-10 should buy this.
its not really for adults as its too easy but then its designed for kids and as a kids game is pretty much flawless.brilliant.

I went on google and typed in 'top 360 games' and it came up with viva pinata. I looked on play.com and i thought for 14quid, like dr Pepper, whats the worst that could happen? I played it for about an hour and i thought it was just ok. but then i played it the next day for a couple of hours then the next day, and the next and the next. I was addicted. Even though it's probably aimed at younger people it is still very addictive and great fun for older people too, I'm 25, how sad is that? The fun part is trying to get new species into your garden and trying to meet the criteria to do so, then meeting different criteria to 'romance them' making more pinata. (kids, ask your parents or your science teacher) anyway for £14 quid it's well worth it and i would definately recommend it. You WILL get addicted. ciao

miles better than the gamesite reviews suggest

I got a choice of free games/accessories offered to me by Microsoft when my 360 broke twice within two weeks and chose this as my free game.

I remember being initially suprised when way back at E3 2007 during the MS presentation this was one of the titles that received its fair share of air time because on the face of things cute graphics aside it looked like a title which brings nothing new to the table and is far from a revolutionary console selling title. Majority of people have played either Mario Party in some form or Fusion Frenzy and this is the format that VP:PA follows.

What really clinched my decision to get the game though was the demo that was released over Xbox Live. It had lots of character, nice visuals, wacky mini games which I knew were going to be even more fun over Live and generally the game was a good break from more in-depth titles and sure enough the full game doesn't dissappoint

What I would add though in closing is that if in any doubt or perhaps if you consider yourself a "serious"/"older" gamer then a quick blast of the demo over Xbox Live may be in order as I saw alot of gaming sites really slated this game as repetitive/kiddy/uninspired etc - its clearly a love /hate game.

  Fun Game

Bought this from play only a week ago & been playing it since, this game is great fun with over 50+ mini games, I still have not played them all yet.
If your a fan of Mario Party, Fuzion Frenzy etc then you will not what to expect here only with a VP twist.
Online play is also included, it plays extemely well & smooth just as if your in an offline game.
Probably not worth £39.99 but at £24.99 it a worthy buy.
Fun for all the family, big kids aswell.

Fantastic fun & easy for kids to pick up and play

I played this game with my 5 year old daughter and it's so much fun! The short mini games coupled with simple controls kept her entertained for over an hour.

I was expecting to spend most of the time helping her with the controls but she mastered them within minutes and was soon winning 50% of the mini games by herself which added to the appeal of this game even more.

Thoroughly recommended for young and old - a really good, fun game to play with the kids
