as i said i think that the game is impressive and enjoy the fact that it is all made from lego , as it is lego there is some humor which is often ironic.
However a few issues i had with this game is that , when i bought it i had read a few reviews from magazines such as Oxm and Xbox 360 world and they gave it a thumbs up. so this lead me to hyping it up. but i was n't that much dissapointed with it .
But that was the only bad side to it , i find the puzzing nature of lego very good espescially when this game is for most ages as all games should.
I do rate this game it is very impessive .

Number 1 Games Reviewer

Lego Star Wars was fun and entertaining with great co-op features. Unfortunately Lego Indiana Jones isn't as great,
Its not bad its just not as good, in the previous game we fought against Darth Vader, Imperial Storm Troopers and other recognizable baddies, in Lego Indiana Jones we now fight a non descript Arian cultist race. Gone have the Nazi's, from the game, as the last thing we want our kids asking us is what's Nazi Dad? There are still plenty of recognizable characters within the game and loads to unlock, though the Game is similar to the Previous Star Wars games and playing style is the same. It just feels it's lost something. I mean you're not going to see the Level where Indy gets his diary signed by Hitler, for me if you're going to do a Game based on the exploits of an adventurer set just before the Second World War and said adventurer kicking Nazi butt, then the bad guys should remain in the game. But apart from the removal of the bad guys Lego Indiana Jones is still good fun as well as being a little more about puzzles and platforms than the previous Star wars Lightsabers and blasters.

really fun game - preferred it to lego star wars to be honest. good for all the family.

great keeping the game close to the film, some comical moments, nice variety of characters to use and plenty of retries with players of various skills to keep you occupied.

any downside? well if you are a hardcore GoW gamer then this may not be for you as it is really a simple fun kind of game.

enjoy it for what it is and you won't be let down. plus if you love the films you'll love it!

This is my first Lego game and I am well impressed. I have enjoyed every moment of playing through the game and there is still so much to do. The game provides a good mixture of action and puzzle solving, none of which is particularly hard.

However, the game is not an easy 1000G that some people might expect. It is impossible to complete on the first playthough and requires you to go back though in 'Freeplay' to gather all the extras (some of which are well hidden). This adds to the games longevity and I am now enjoying trying to get everything.

In addition, the graphics are reasonable and the story contains plenty of humour. Well worth the money.

I now need to go and get Lego Star Wars, and cant wait for Batman.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Its just an enjoyable game!!!

Lego indiana jones is a fun game to play. Loads of action, loads of excitement, fun and loads to do. There are more puzzles as well then the lego star wars games and its harder. The levels are very varied as well and are in different environments. There are lots of characters to choose from as well from the main character with his helpful whip but fear of snakes to short round with his amazing moves and phobia of ... well nothing. The phobias in the game add a very neat touch to it as it balances gameplay and makes it funnier to play and more varied as you can use sidekicks more often. The graphics are find as well as you expect from a lego game but maybe a bit brighter and cleaner then the originals. The only thing i dont like is the repettiveness of the puzzles and therefore every level gets slightly more boring. There is lots to do but it has the same gameplay as lego star wars. Lego Indiana jones the original adventures is a stunning game to play and enjoy but fans of the 1st lego games may be slightly dissappointed with the lack of changes. 4/5

Just completed this game with 100% and thoroughly enjoyed doing so, It is an entertaining diversion with the clever gameplay and humorous touches we grew to love in Lego:Star Wars. Unfortunately it fails to offer enough new gameplay to have me rave about is as much as I would have the SW trilogy, playing more like an extension of the first game with less humour.

I am definitely buying the Batman game, but maybe Indiana Jones lends itself less to the Lego translation that other franchises will and if it were one of Indy's treasures, I would suspect it maybe a well made fake...
