        A really good game but not that much of a challenge as its just basicly a copy of gh3 but with different songs. whilst you can do that anyway.

         yes you can use any guitar hero guitar to play this game

        The Guitar are the controllers they don't need software to run it, it's only
        a controllers which looks like a guitar so you can use it on any guitar hero games

        As an aerosmith fan this is heaven, the other bands songs are a good slection too. You can use the guitar with other guitar hero games and rock band too.
        You can't beat a bit of aerosmith, classic!

        Brillient addition to the guitar hero selection. To answer mrcheekychops the guitar controllers from gh3 , aerosmith and world tour are all compatible with rock band 1 and 2 also the ac/dc release. The rock band guitars are not compatible with any guitar hero games tho i dont know why
