I buy both Fifa and PES every year and have had all them since they were released, and i have to say this has probably been my least favourite version. The champions league feature is good along with the master league once again. The gameplay i feel lets the game down as with PES you are used to fast paced action and this version seems a little slower than previous ones. Don't get me wrong, i still think the game has its merits, but feel it may have went backwards rather than forwards this year based on the previous release.
Impressed!!

I have both fifa and pes 2009. Played fifa for two weeks, thought it was fantastic, online was good and on the whole was great.
Then i played the best football game ive ver played wen pes 2009 came out, the demo was terrible but the full game is amazingly good. I cant see how people are moaning about it.
Its faster than fifa, u have more control over your players, graphics are better, definately facial expressions and its much more fun to play as you can actually take on players.
With mates, by yourself, online its always fun .
