In baja you can either choose: career and go through different stages with different vehicles, you can go to, arcade and choose free roam, hill climb, circuit, or baja. The graphics are immense you can tell this by looking at the shine coming off each different car and damage, well if you decide to smash into the ai or flip your car then expect to lose a few body-panels which is bad when you get into the game because sponsors will only sponsor you if you have most of the body panels on the car. This is truly one gem of a game, and this should definetaly be in your collection!!! did i mention it has live. 10/10
K, when i first sat down with this game, i was hugely dissapointed, swearing at the tv etc.. Every race was horribly hard, i couldnt control the car at all, i couldnt catch up to the other racers, everything sucked..
It was exactly like every review i've read.
Then i upgraded my tires and engine (when you start out your career, you have more than enough cash to max out your tires)...
Woila, new game. Seriously, i cant understand how proffessional reviewers can get paid to review a game when they didnt play it more than 1 race.......
With a simple tire upgrade its a whole new game, you now actually have control of your car, easy-mode is easy-medium.
Love the physics, love the music, love the enviroments (95 tracks).
This is truly the forza 2 of offroading. You can tune your car anyway you want, and it does make a difference as opposed to what reviewers state.
Hugely understated game, due to reviewers being too dumb to upgrade their cars (the first car starts out with 1/10th of maximum possible traction, what do you expect?).
Well worth the price.
A great game
At last a raceing game to challenge me
This is not easy but is good pure is good but i found it very easy
All the people that say this isnt good try pure might be easyer for you
This is a difficult one to rate.i love the game, graphics are great on 360 im not sure wat that other guy is playing, and its a sim.if you play an online baja 250,500,or 1000 its brilliant.its just like the real thing.it captures it like no other game.sounds are great as well.loads of trucks modes and the like.it really feels like your racing the baja with all sorts of terrain hitting you when it wants to.but dare i say it here comes the problem.its too hard.ive no idea what thq are doing with this game.why?ive paid 40 quid for a game i cant play single player.it really is stupidly hard.ive given it 5 stars cause i love it.but thq if your listening you need to patch this game and quick.to make it easier.or im selling it.full stop.youve conned us out of 40 quid.it cannot be done its too hard even the first race.
I just wrote a review and wiped it so heres a brief conclusion
OUt of 10

Its Smugglers run meets gran Turismo and would have got 4 stars had it not been for the outragously difficult learning curve, dont get me wrong it handles perfectly but is just insanely difficult.
You have to race perfectly and with total precision and have the focus of a Buddhist monk just to place last in each race...and thats at the very beginning of the game, literally the 2nd league race.
So wait for it to be £14.99 and have a look, unless you are a sadist ;)
