The critically-acclaimed Command & Conquer series returns with Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. This highly-anticipated next chapter takes the popular series back to its roots in the Tiberium Universe and features the fast, fluid gameplay that Command & Conquer is known for and an epic story that will redefine storytelling and set the standard for the single player experience for Real-Time Strategy games.

It is 2047 and the stakes could not be higher. Tiberium - a self-replicating alien substance that has infected the Earth - is spreading like a radioactive ice age. The Global Defense Initiative, a high-tech alliance of the world's most advanced nations, is fighting to contain Tiberium, but Kane, the megalomaniacal leader of The Brotherhood of Nod has other plans for Earth. Kane's secret society turned superpower is bent on using Tiberium to take control and transform humanity into his twisted vision of the future. All-out war rages over Tiberium and the fate of the planet rests in the balance.

Being a big RTS fan (Real Time Strategy) and a fan of the Command & Conquer empire I got this game on the release date. Even though it is not as good as playing it on the PC it is a good Xbox360 adaptation and with the achievments makes you play matches you wouldn't normally try. I absolutly loved the introduction of the new faction of Scrin aswell these aliens mean business and are really fun to play as. Despite the lack of vehicles (I like loads of option there is a standard amount) and the bad online connections this game is still a win for me. Its the idea that you go in thinking GDI are the best because they have the biggest stuff but as time roles on you will soon realise that all factions are equal in different ways. Absolute bargain for the price too.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars It is good as a 360 game

The controls are naturally annoying and slow compared to a pc, but it is a fun game to pick up and play, with fun features. I like it

This game is brilliant in my eyes, i thought that the controls would be very difficult to use on xbox 360 but i was wrong. The campaign is very difficult on some levels, even on medium but this is a game you wont get bored of easily due to the fact that there are 3 different campaigns which arnt exactly short. Online play is ok but not brilliant as you cant usually find a person who you can have a proper game with. The only downside i have for this game is the achievements as they are not the easiest to get but you do pick up a fair few along the way. All in all this game is excellent and well worth this sort of money for only £9.99. Trust me get it, i did and i didnt regret it.
