Rage

played this game round my friends today and its truely epic! unfortunately my copy was sent out on tuesday morning and royal mail being what it is i didnt get this on release day, so unfortunately i wont be pre-ordering games from play.com anymore ( might aswell just go out on the day and buy it )... i remember when you would get the game a day early... not play.com's fault its the mail system in this country.. anyway, the games a little like borderlands imo and thats a good thing... buy it

Firstly i have to say i was shocked this evening to see no one on my friends list playing this. 90% of people at the minute i would say are playing fifa 12 or gears of war 3, which is far enough as their both recent releases. I just want to make it clear, however, that it would be a crime to skip past RAGE this autumn. The game is amazing. It's one of the best looking games you will have ever seen on console period, The voice acting and character animations are superb. Enemies are smart, they don't just duck and bob behind the same piece of cover waiting to get shot in the head. They'll duck, roll, jump off the wall or ceiling, flank and duck again in every effort to make you miss. Huge amount of weapons with up to four ammo types for some of them, plus deployable turrets, r/c bomb cars, wingsticks, attack robots. There's so much more to do other than just the main quest, theres extra jobs to find, decent minigames to earn more cash, races, or just exploring the gorgous open world. If you've ever liked any type of first person game then i urge you to give rage a try, there's something here for everyone.

This game is just addictive. I picked it up for nineteen pound and just thought i would give it a go. Played it for about 7 hours straight and could't put it down. The game has 3 disk's to it and hours of game play. Loads of missions and side missions to do to keep you going. Did not find the this game to hard to complete. But worth replaying the game again. Fantastic graphics, easy to get about places, and some fantastic battles to do. Amunition is a problem but once you get in to the game you no were to get it from. Only down side is it may take you a bit to get used to aiming you weapons. Really worth buying though.

if you look at most games now the majority of them have all been done before so if you giving a few stars of it because of that then quite frankly you wont like any game ....cod (medal of honour) saints row (GTA) gears , halo are also not original see where im coming from . its about how you act on the storyline with gameplay , characters ,missions etc... first of the graphics are the best i seen in a game so far every detail is out of this world . the weapons are a good set up each with its own different type of bullets. The missions never get boring keep you entertained enough till the end. i see some complain about the drvings it just driving till your next point with a few cars to destroy on the way and yet i look and some of you give red dead 5 stars , yeah going on the horse and shooting other men on horses is far better than this ? buggies beat horses any day

The guns feel like BB guns, you run out of bullets too easy, and there are never many around, you can't pick up your enemys weapons, driving is rubbish, there is no auto save at a checkpoint, you could be doing a mission for 30 mins, get near the end and die and have to do the whole thing again, the gameplay is poor, don't waste your money, get Assasins Creed Evelations, Gears of War 3, or BAttlefield or Modern Warfare, RAGE's online is poor too!
