NBA 2K9

This game blows any other basketball game.. maybe even sports game out of the water. It's instantly one of my favourite games, but i am a huge basketball fan anyway. Anyone who likes basketball should get this. The movement is something you will recognise from actually games.

NBA 2K9 shows a great deal of improvement upon the last installment, particularly in the quality of graphics and player animation. The way in which players attack the basket; whether it's from more elaborate lay-ups and dunks to weaving their runs between defenders; makes the gameplay feel more like an accurate basketball game simulation, as well as more entertaining.

The 2K commentary and representation has also been improved. There are now cut-scenes during the gameplay showing the reaction of a key player after a good play and the reaction of the coach after a bad play.

Everything about this game has been improved upon and with the addition of the 'living rosters' option, NBA 2K9 can give all sports fans the best and the most up to date basketball simulation game.

What are the differences between this game and NBA 09?

This game is really hard to play if you don't know much about basketball but if you are a die hard fan like me you should know what to do which proves how realistic the game is.

I have only just started playing the manager mode and i was suprised at how realistic and fun it was.

Gameplay - 100/10 and i meant the extra 0
Graphics - 8/10
Sound - 7/10
Reality - 10/10
Delivery - 10/10

The one bad thing about the game is the limited amount of songs you get within two days of playing you'll never want to hear the songs again also the commentary is the same very limited and inaccurate at times, e.g. i dunk but alter my shot into a lay up and the commentator says he slams it down

NBA Live 2009 is a thousand shots behind this and i was a fan of NBA Live 2008

this by far the best 2k yet with amazing gameplay and great game modes.
