This and two other games where the first games i got for the 360...
And a have to say this is the best War game ive ever played and i think its better than both Cod3 and Cod4 from my personal opinion!

I have to agree with FunkeeMunkee (What a great name!). This game epitomizes the COD series. It's set in World War II, and portrays it perfectly, one of the first 360 games out, and one of the best. Great graphics, epic storyline and ONLY £10! The perfect game from all angles. I didn't realise it was £10, i just bought a copy.

love this game, you play in 3 diferent campaigns, each diferrent in its surroundings and weapons, russians, Brits (yay!) and Americans. This game is defo the best one, better than COD3 in lifespan and better than COD4 in lifespan aswell!

graphics are awesome, and it is a very easy game to get into, quite easy though, as this is the first COD where you dont have a set health limit and if you take damage you can take cover and regain health, so if you want a challenge with this game, you should put it on the hardest difficulty!

Wat a game, graphics are brilliant, gameplays amazing, missions are wicked (Especially climbing up cliffs on D-Day). Everyone should own this, amazing price of £10 :)

Just i think some first person shooter makers should get some ideas for the world war 2 setting from this game its just amazing top to bottom excellent graphics and presentation if people are worrying to get cod3 and this get this i think call of duty 3 is more of a graphical upgrade not combat just totally buy this its so cool u wont regret it.

I got this game after smashing CoD4 for the last 6 months after freinds telling me that this was the best 1st person shooter for its time and boy they wasnt wrong.It puts alot of modern 360 FPS to shame like Blacksite Area 51 etc and this game came out 2 years ago!I played through the campaign on hardened which is a good challenge and kept me at it for a few nights and then theres the MP which is good fun and there was a fair few people playing aswell which was a suprise seeing how old it is.If you like CoD4 or any FPS for that fact then i would deffo give this a purchase and as i said dont worrie how long the game has been out for as if it came out now it would still put most FPS to shame.

i got this game when i 1st got my xbox. and it was amazing if i still had it i would prob still play it.. i started my 1st clan on this and must of played it for hrs and hrs its amazing ..even tho its 2 years old now.. i would still recommend buyin it. this is far better than cod 3...if cod 3 let you down then go bk and by cod 2..but nuttin beats cod 4 ...10-10

Call of Duty 2 is the first cod to come out on xbox 360 and it was amazing. It came out near release date of the console and it was straight away a big seller. Its was because of its variation of levels and its structure of it. The weapons where fantastic and all of them were great. The missions were so fast paced and the detail into the missions were amazing. The graphics were stunning as well and showed the detail the xbox 360 can deliver. It was short but the effort that went into the single player was priceless. The Russian campaign was great with the gameplay at its best and mutliplayer was stunning at the time with amazing depth. Overall it was the best game i had as i started my xbox 360 spending spree. It had it all from graphics to gameplay. Now its cheap its worth buying and enjoying this infinty wards masterpiece. Call of duty 3 was ok but the single player of cod 2 is masterful. Call of duty 4 was amazing in every aspect and this was also made by infinty wards. Lets hope number 5 is also made by infinty wards but i doubt it... sigh.
Great game well worth it. Best war game i played till cod 4 and hopefully cod 5!

This is probably the best WWII game to be released tyhe game play was very fun and you can become very involved in the game play, the guns are very realistic. The only thing i reckon they could put in was vehicles, it would be extremely fun if you could be driving your little jeep around in multiplayer with a friend on the back with a .30 cal firing off 100 rounds at a time. I would reccomend everyone to get this game if you enjoy first person shooters or war games.

Have no fears this game is worth every penny! I have completed this game several times now and despite the fact that I own COD4 (review available) this is still a game that offers so much. A fun packed game, with non-stop action that will keep you entertained right up to the climatic ending. A must buy!
