Well ive had this for about a year and I must say it did its job perfectly. Untill recently I switched on my xbox and I couldnt connect to xbox live. I then checked the LED on the adapter (should be green if its working and connected properly) however its wasn't lit up at all not even a red light which shows that its not connected to the router.

I then tryed the device in all the USB ports and the same happend for all of them, no light at all... I even tryed connecting it to my PC but still nothing. I eventually decide to contact microsoft customer support. They said "We will have to repair the device due to a hardware error" They then stated that it would cost me £30 to get it repaired. Well thats a total rip off for someting that I paid about £60 for!

PS, Is there anything that Microsoft make that doesnt have some kind of fault?
