Where to start, technically, this game is, and shall remain one of the most impressive games on current gen, the visuals are out of this world for a city based sandbox game, textures and lighting are better than most level based games which i never thought was possible. The story quickly pulls you in thanx to top notch writing, character models, voice acting and animations. The city itself is the biggest star though, with so much to see and do. The dodgy half hearted gameplay mechanics of old are gone, everything you do, whether it be simply walking/running, shooting, driving, flying, jumping/falling, playing mini games etc etc is done with mind blowing physics prowess. A truely unbeatable single player experience.

Which leads to my only problem with the game, and that is online. yes it can be lots of fun playin around with your friends through a great variety of game modes, but im afraid that anyone looking for a competative experience wont find it here,all online play modes… more »

Which leads to my only problem with the game, and that is online. yes it can be lots of fun playin around with your friends through a great variety of game modes, but im afraid that anyone looking for a competative experience wont find it here,all online play modes feature an auto aim shooting mechanic and a non regenarative health bar(you can turn auto aim off but nobody does) its these 2 factors combined that COMPLETELY LEVELS THE PLAYIN FIELD!!!! any nooby can take out any veteran player, im not sayin it should be like cod but atleast let skilled gamers use there ability to increase survival, deathmatch/team deathmatch play out like this: spawn, kill, be killed, repeat. or vice versa, you may get 2 or 3/4 kills in between deaths if your very lucky, thats if you can be bothered to run around looking for a health pack, but by the time you do this you have no chance of catchin up with first place on kills and winnig the match.

Racing, pays out like this, 16 players start the race which often takes 10+ minutes to complete, you struggle to finish in the top 3 or 4, but by this time 10 people have left the match cause there not doin very well and theres NO PENALTY for leavin a RANKED MATCH FFS lol!!!!! thus finishing 4th out of the remaining 6 gives you NO POINTS!!! even though you really beat 12 players!!! but because they left you get NOTHIN!!! a complete waste of time.

Treat this as a single player game only as it is unmatched, though multiplaye is a bad joke.
