Yes the PS3 online is free, but its a poor cheap copy of xBox live.

this is just an obvious must get for any xbox 360 owner (if you dont have an xbox 360 probably not what i would recommend you buy unless you wanted to...) just get it basically and you'll be sucked in... trust the 10 million people who play on xbox live...

Xbox live is awesome. A game like Call of Duty 4 really opens up with this. COD4 is amazing, but single player can be completed in a number of hours. When you have live you can play it for many more. Xbox live has so many features and there is something hugely satisfying about thrashing someone on a game of Fifa (example) and rubbing it in their face over the headset.

Brilliant deal.. £35? Well divide that by 12 and that's only £3 a month.. Nothing. Far better than the Wii and PS3's online gaming.

I got the 3 month subscription first it is so easy to upgrade or renew your current subscription makes your xbox fell alive and gives you the full power of a xbox. games will keep you entertained for longer. A must have for xbox gamers.

Live is a lot of fun and buying a card from play.com is a lot cheaper then doing it direct through your xbox 360.

Live adds so much more to your console. It is way more advanced than the playstation network. Working for online achievements is too much fun.

if you have a xbox this will make it the best thing ever in gaming history there are so many differnt people you can talk to its not that expensive so buy it

answer to the guy below you should get this through the post not an email. xbox live is brilliant and 12+1 months is good value for £35 once you have used all your free trails then you dont have to worry about paying for it for a whole year!
