Overall, Fifa 10 is a good game, despite what many people say, it has improved gameplay from FIFA 09, Not greatly, but it has improved enough for it to be noticeable. The gameplay is more realistic, as it is more difficult to score compared to other FIFA's and other Football games out there. The depth of gameplay is good, with game modes such as BE A PRO: SEASONS, which can be one of the more challenging modes, as well as one of the most rewarding if you use your own created Virtual Pro.
So, everything's looking great for FIFA 10 so far...
The Commentary is actually awful, I cannot comment on other commentaries, other than English, but that commentary is awful. It's pretty much the FIFA 09 Commentary, just down graded. It's not that it says stupid things, it's that it says things which definitely aren't true, such as telling me "You're most likely to concede when you've scored, but they've done the opposite and scored again" When I get a 1 goal lead. The Commentary is ridiculously bad.
Also, the game is too stop start, the way free kicks can be so easily given away without using a slide tackle is a joke. You can't use any strength to muscle a player away from the ball, or it's a free kick, you can't get a good passage of play going, and there are usually never less than 10/15 free kicks per game.
However, these downsides are overruled by how good the in-game play is, so I give it 4 stars out of 5, A good game, with some annoyances which I hope EA Sports can sort before FIFA 11 is released with the same problems.
