DJ Hero (includes Turntable Controller)

I got this game and wasn't too sure what to expect. I must say I was blown away. This game is nothing short of genius.

The controls for the game are simple to use the controller itself is very tidy and well put together. Just what you want for this style of game.

The game itself has three main components: the three beat buttons, cross fader and scratching deck. When you get good at these there is also a bass switch which you can use to customize the tracks even more to suit your style.

The music on the game is amazing. Some very original tracks mixed together so I can assure you, you won't have heard them before. There is everything from hip-hop and dance to electro and rock! Something for everybody but done in a way that is fun and original.

So compared to guitar hero this is ten times better (not lying or being bias), this is down to a couple of factors: 1 the tacks are more customizable so it makes you feel like you are actually having an effect on the game not just hitting buttons. The second is that the controls and game in general is just better than GH, but then maybe that's personal preference
On that note if you are more of a guitar hero fan then don't worry, there are certain tracks on the game which you can use both a guitar and dj deck to play. When playing with a friend this is again great fun.

Don't take it from me though; check out all the reviews that have given this a 9/10 or 10/10.
So to sum it up if your uming and aring about getting this then make the decision and buy it I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

If it's a decision between guitar hero and this then I would say DJ hero any day of the week. Sorry its just a better game.

What can I say, fantastic quality turntable, top quality graphics, some ingenious remixes of modern classics and more addictive then Guitar Hero.

Anyone who loves music and the Guitar Hero style games will NOT be disappointed.

My only issue is receiving a bad back from playing it non stop.

Go on treat yourself or better still beg someone to buy it for you.

I bought this game on my lunch break on friday when it came out and i clocked it befor i started work on monday! I must say what a awesome game. Took a little work to unlock the last set list as i needed more stars but i managed it!
Still plenty of bonus mixes for me to unlock which is great. The controller its self is really great built well and looks great. As the other reviews have said its a bit more tricky to master but thats better as its more a challenge to learn.
There are loads of great songs from all genre's rock, rap, hip hop, Drum & Bass , Dance, electro, and im sure there will be plenty of Downloadable content.
If you liked GH you will love this. im looking forward to getting this out at new year on party mode. I bought this in store for 99.99

Had this a couple of days now, and hoo boy I cant put it down, Takes a little getting into but once you get the hang of it you'll be mixing well into the night, The turntable controller is easy to use 3 buttons on turntable and your mixer and fader buttons to the side, works much like guitar hero follow and match what comes around on the on-screen 12" and build up your score with pleanty of scraching and mixing thrown in, the track listing is awesome from the jacksion 5 to Eminem its all there, and also there is a set were you mix up rock and rap and in this set if you have a guitar hero guitar this can also be used to play the rock music while you mix in the rap, Awesome, If you like guitar hero and rock band you'll love this game. graphics are great as you choose from many differant venue's to preform, and as you work through the game the set's get longer and harder. well worth the price tag as this is pure entertainment on your 360....

Received it this morning, amazing presentation, great controller and a tracklist that is unique equals great fun. This game makes you feel more of a DJ than Guitar Hero makes you feel you are a rockstar.
