Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days - Limited Edition

This game arrived today and i have finished the story mode within a few hours and not on easy. The game never really changes run forward to cover shoot the bad guys run forward to the next cover shoot the bad guys. That's it there is nothing more to it. To be honest it gets boring after awhile. On Xbox live you have to try 3 or 4 times to get into a lobby. Once you are in you play the same map three times in a row with the same kind of game and then you go back to the main menu. If the host leaves then it is game over. If anyone is killed in the last of the three games they leave because there is no point in watching other people play the game to then be sent back to the main menu. I cannot understand why this game has got good reviews it is an average game at best and the Xbox live makes you so mad trying to get into a lobby only for 12 min's later to try and find another lobby. I forgot to mention each game on live lasts for 4 minutes. Rent this because after 5 hours of playing it on story mode and live i wish i had not spent the money on it.

Finished it the day I bought it and finished the co-op the day after. Far too short and the exclusion of 2 player offline in the arcade mode is a real let down. Also the censored violence removes immersion completely, I understand the need to censor some things but this is the first 18 rated game I've ever seen censor a headshot. Sadly this had a lot of potential but feels like a rush job aimed mostly at xbox live players.

Having bought this game for the full 40 english pound price tag i must say i am more than a little dissapointed. I was expecting the graphics to be much better, i understand that some may enjoy the whole 'but it's being seen through the eyes of a video camera' scenario, however I suspect it has been done this way to hide what is clearly lacking in the graphics department...clarity.
If you enjoy repetitive run and cover shooting games and don't care for a strong storyline or any feel of original gameplay then by all means try this game.
For me it got too boring too quickly, AI too predicable, and the novelty of the whole digital camera angle just got on my nerves after the first level, and this was the special edition, i dread to think how it would have played without the few extra guns!

this is really a very good game that people that likes shooters like me must buy....very good gameplay,amaizing graphics and good story.....shame it is too short but online play is good....

the graphics game play ect is excellent realy enjoyed it but the story mode is over b4 u no it i felt ripped off after buyin it on friday and it was done by satday and i was not on it non stop my advice is wait till the price drops
