When I bought this DVD I was pretty overweight and unfit, I'd tried a few workout dvds but got bored very quickly with them. But I love dancing so thought I should try this one... I've not brought another workout dvd since! I did it three times a week, starting off (because I was so unfit) just doing the warm up, dance and pilates section.. then built up to adding the combat part and then eventually doing the whole workout. I've had this DVD for about a year now and I just don't get bored of it! I can honestly say it's one of the best workout DVDs I've had...
