  1.  Fire up the portal gun and take a copy home

Having been a fan of the original Portal game this purchase was a must have for me. Very rarely do you get to play a game which actually makes you feel clever when you go through the challenges. Stephen Merchants voice acting in this is genuinely laugh out loud and the return of GlaDOS is great too.

If you haven't played the original I would advise you to purchase the first one just so you can appreciate the story and it will also act as good training for this game, the first one can be found as part of the "Orange Box" Half Life 2 pack or can be downloaded from Xbox Love "Portal - Still Alive".

  2.  Great Game!!!!

I'm a massive Final Fantasy fan so was looking forward to getting this game especially as its the first one for the Xbox 360. Overall you get around a 50 hour gaming experience with a great storyline and visuals. The game is very linear and you have to go from point to point which did worry me when I first heard about it but the battle system is the best one they have done and keeps the pace up (especially on boss battles). Obviously this isn't as good as the Final Fantasy VII or VIII which are classics but for 17.99 you can't go wrong.

  3.  Ok Game - Not As Good As Fallout 3

When buying this I was looking forward to re-create the experience I had with Fallout 3 although New Vegas doesn't really recreate it. Overall this game was enjoyable and had some excellent quests to fulfill but generally it was a bit (been there, done that). Worth getting for around 20 pounds especially as the game is quite long.

  4.  A Great Excercise

When buying this I was unsure if the workouts were going to be any good, i've used Wii Fit and found them to be average and not actually make me ache. When doing my first excercise on Your Shape it provided a great workout and I felt it the next day, mainly because the workouts are different to my usual gym routines that I do. The only element I miss from Wii Fit is the weight monitoring which helped to spur you on but this gives great incentives to keep you motivated (Gamerscore, Goal Tracking etc).
