    This book is seriously a worthwhile buy - it contains everything from what exercises to do, when to do them, how to do them etc, as well as providing different regimes for each and every body type....even what to eat and when to eat it (he gives a full daily menu for each stage of your programme), as well as good technical info on vits etc. As well as the top class how to work out info, it's good read full of (I was surprised) wit and also very motivational.

    This is the bible for anyone wanting to seriously work out!
