  1.  Wasted potential

    Compared to the press demo from a while back, this game is utterly awful: the alien AI is poor, the single player story is appalling and the multiplayer is poorly balanced.
    Avoid at all costs.

  2.  Sleeper hit ?

    Got dragged to the cinema by my daughter with low expectations: the movie hasn't had much press, or many reviews.
    It's a fantastic action film, with a strong showing by Urban as Dredd and a fantastic showing by Thirlby, who was written off long before the film was released. The main baddy (Headey) deserved more charecterisation, but overall Dredd is pretty much my surprise hit of the year.
    Now if only more people could be convinced to see it, we could get a sequel.

  3.  Well, its shut down now

    Was an ok game in concept, never had enough players, and recently shut down the servers. If you buy the game, be aware the cd will make a fine coaster but won't be any useful in any gaming capacity.
