  1.  Cracking Read

This is a fantastic book. Real boys own stuff and a demonstration of what makes Britain Great!!

The distances involved in the attack are astonishing and that the plan worked is amazing.

Have just ordered Rowland's next book (from this site!!)- Phoenix Squadron; can't wait for it to arrive.

Thin Lizzy firing on all cylinders with John Sykes in the line up. After a couple of patchy albums, Chinatown and Renegade, this was Lizzy possible at their finest (in my opinon). As much as I like the album Bad Reputation, Thunder & Lightning is a classic album.

There is not a bad song on this album. Good production and well worth turning up loud!! Still one of my favourite Rush albums matched by Hemispheres, Hold your Fire and A Farewell to Kings.

This album for me is Rush at their 'Prog Rock' best. The atmospheric music is sublime. Buy this CD before 2112 !!

One of the best NWOBHM albums released. Looking back after 25 years it is a punk / metal cross over album. Now that I have it on CD it is the third time I've brought this album. Remember the free 7 inch single that came with the album? This is a classic album for all Metal Heads, produced by 'Fast' Eddie Clark of Motorhead whom Tank then toured with. Turn the CD player up to 11 and wait for the shout "wakey wakey!!"
Good riffing, stand out tracks are Heavy Artillery and He Fell in love with a Stormtrooper.
