Nothing to Lose (Jack Reacher 12)
Well not the worst of stories that I have read but it was trying a little too hard to be political and in my opinon that isn't what you look for in a Jack Reacher story, it certainly got better pretty much at the near end it's too bad you have to wait such a while for it to arrive well no author is perfect and good on Lee child for trying to base a story of his around current affairs rather than rather hackneyed plots based around serious crimes commited by Uber Villains.

Well this wasn't the dullest of story's but there was moments which made the story drag a little and the moment when Reacher has his wicked way with the love interest in my opinion was totally daft, but regardless it was a good value read - first venture in the world of Jack Reacher looking to read another soon !

Well I have had the Book only for a couple of days and I am already half way through it, if you thought Sly Stallones Rambo was a little messed up in the Movies you have not seen anything yet.
The violence is a lot more graphic, realistic, none of the scenarios where Rambo takes a fall and he continues like nothing has happened to him, even though you symperthise with Rambo you still can't help but think what a very deranged mind he has.
His escape from custody is a lot more shocking and overwhelming than the Movie, the battle of wills is a lot more tense between him and the local Sheriff ,I can already see the ending to this story is not going to be that of a Hollywood offering but I am looking foward to it.
