I wanted a new workout and i'm a fan of Jillian's no nonsense approach on the Biggest Loser so when i saw all the rave reviews about this DVD on here i knew i had to get it and i'm not disappointed. It may only be a 20 minute workout but i feel like i've done an hour at the gym and can feel the workout in every part of my body for hours after. I'm on day 11 now and have just moved up to level 2 and I'm looking forward to mastering all the moves and moving up again to the next level. Jillian gives tips on how to do all the exercises with modified versions for beginners and i feel like she is in the room encouraging me to keep on going!! I'm starting to see the difference around my waist and hips and add in healthy eating and i've dropped a couple of pounds. I'm a long way off the 'Jillian Michaels' body but with this workout I feel like i have a good chance of achieveing it!!
