This plan really does work. It's not easy but with the help of the book (literally having to read it everyday to keep your mind focused), it can definintely be achieved. I lost over 7lb in the week, felt amazing and looked great BUT if you don't have a goal or plan for the following weeks you can forget it !!!! I know this from experience as I soon started eating those foods I'd missed and the weight returned (of course it did !!!! durrrrr). This time I've bought the next book - the 14 day plan to follow as soon as the 7 day plan is over so that the weight can stay off and hopefully, my juicing habits will stick with me for life.
