  1.  Burning rubber

You'd be mistaken to thinking Death Race 2 is the follow-up of Death Race but instead it'd be the prequel so it 'gradually' leads up to the racing element later in the film so lacking the amount of fast-paced, action-packed, demolition-derby carnage...I'm inclined to give it a 4 rating. If you've got Death Race then I'd stick with that unless you're curious to see how things started-out.

  2.  Rolled-up Laughter

Absolutely brilliant stage performance by Lee Evans, had me and my family lauging all the way through.... this comedian throws his all into making people laugh and definately worth the money. I had reservations as it was filmed Live on stage but the end result is far beyond what I imagined.... professionally executed. If ever there is a Norman Wisdom revival he'd fit the bill 100%.

  3.  Nikita or The Assassin... thats the question.

This was a spur of the moment buy as I hadn't realised this was French with English subtitles... despite this its a good film. If you prefer the English speaking version then look out for THE ASSASSIN (1993) starring the gorgeous Bridget Fonda ... exactly the same storyline, action, etc. ... just a bit more polished & sexy.

     scared-de-crows

I took a gamble with this film as I'd never heard of it before but to be frank its not a bad horror at all... it kept my attention throughout... the scarecrows were spooky... and the crow impact/s were intense at the start... AND I wasn't disappointed with the ending. If you live in a middle of a corn field, you might stop mid-way through your viewing to lock windows & doors ;-)

  5.  Tanks a lot

Quality calender showing a variety of tanks, packaged & posted in good time

  6.  Crystal Clear

Another Scooby adventure which I never tire of ... although the voice of Scraggy seems a little overdone but hey, thats show business. The film is naturally directed at a young audience so expect the odd clue thrust in your face. All-in-all a fun movie.

An entertaining film although some of the special effects do, in my opinion, let the film down a little. Lots of gorgeous women in (and out of) bikinis ... accompanied by swarms of hungry, carnivorous fishies.

  8.  A little gem.

An enjoyable wartime movie with a twist at the end. It centres around a young boy trying to do good while danger is all around.

  9.  Fun in the Wilderness.

This is a fun movie... the character 'Crocodile Dundee' comes from the Outback and is a legend. When a lady comes to write a story about him she experiences his life... the mystery, the dangers & gradually gets drawn into Crocodile Dundees world. Quite rightly a second movie was released where Croc.Dundee travels to New York experiencing the hustle & bustle of life in the city with comic results. I would've given a five star rating on this if it wasn't for the change in packaging from that shown with two discs in one case with an artist's impression on the sleeve ; then again a thinner case gives you more room for another film on your shelf!

  10.  Demolition Derby.

I found the stroyline to be a bit weak but the action makes up for this. The added bonus is a Digital Copy ; so for 4.99 its a good buy.
