I absolutely love this product and so does everyone who has seen the cakes I have made with it so much so I have been asked to make some birthday cakes for friends and family.
A previous review has mentioned the lack of recipe, however I just used a simple sponge recipe, 10oz caster sugar, 10oz self raising flour, 10oz marg and 5 eggs (with or without cocoa powder) (multiply up or down as required if you want a smaller / bigger cake) using the 10oz recipe between the 2 molds cakes just over half filled the mold, but was a perfect size for the end result. Baked in a fan oven 170 for 25 minutes. I then filled with butter icing, for the topping I used melted white chocolate and sprinkles (for the doughnut icing effect). I was so chuffed with the end results, definitely a fun alternative for cake baking!
