  1.  Good fun!

Myself and my girlfriend can both play this (very few games allow us to do that) and both really enjoy it. Definitely gets you in the mood for the Olympics. Disagree with the previous reviewer who wanted Football and Tennis on there, as I don't think Sega would have done it justice against the like of Fifa or the tennis games. The table tennis tells you that, which is probably the worst sport on this game. Archery is awesome, and to be honest most of the sports on here (and there are lots) are really good. Definitely recommend.

  2.  Improvements all round!

Yes, as the two previous guys mentioned, the AI is a massive improvement here. I've only had chance to do the first two full weekend races on career mode, and I agree, you do have to make full use of the practice sessions in the hardest modes.

This game is a real simulation, Codemasters are far more advanced with real physics than EA (Need for Speed) or any competitors and handles like the previous F1 2010 game or Grid (both classic games) BUT F1 2011 does take it to the next level in terms of the extra touches.

This game is for enthusiasts rather than gamers who like Need for Speed / Outrun / Burnout etc etc

Looking forward to racing online against 15 other gamers!

    "That's what I'm talking about!!!"

  3.  For Speedball fans only

I used to play Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe on the Amiga 500 and loved it, so when I saw this was coming out I bought it on the day of release. However, I cannot seem to get my USB controller working on this game and am having to play with the keyboard which really takes some of the fun out of it.

The makers of the new game haven't over complicated things and have left a lot of the old teams in the game (from nearly 20 years ago) which brings back fond memories, but what I would give to have my old Amiga back...

For Speedball fans only, can't see people who didn't play the original playing this for long.
