This is a fantastic book, it doesn't preach or dictate to you, it simply helps you come to realise how and why a lot of the fears, a lot of the negative aspects of humanity are born of the mind, to satisfy the voice in your head, this mind made 'this is me' we all have called the ego which thrives on conflict, fear, anger, envy and desire. It guides you into stepping back, and coming to see who you truly are, right here, right now, in this moment. It teaches you to free yourself of your ego, to master your ego and to live for the moment and it is such a liberating feeling if you've always been trapped in a cycle of brooding over the past and worrying about the future.
It doesn't matter where you are or what your doing, reading this book, even just the occasional page or two, you will nearly always come away from it with a sense of calm, a fresh perspective and feeling much more assured in yourself.
Kiss Her Goodbye

I've read a lot of books, but never one quite like 'Kiss her Goodbye'.Early on in the book, you get the impression of a simple revenge, and an against the clock type of thriller. However, as the story goes on, the author manages to combine this with the supernatural and paranormal - of which he appears to have done extensive research to base his work on.
If you are interested in crime fiction, and the supernatural, then this book is a must read. Be warned, this book is hard to put down, a real page turner.
