This is a great gadget and the interface is properly the slickest ever. But how much power does it actually use? You can pick up a Twin Tuner 160 - 250 GB TV recorder for under £100 easily and they are low power comsuption. In a time when energy bills are soarin' and we're are trying to lower our carbon footprint this has to be a concern.
Apple iPod Classic 160GB (Silver)
Having bought a number of previous mp3 players with lower memory (5-10gb) I'd finally had enough of making do. Ripping songs down to lower quality is a pain in the ass so I bought the 160gb.Fantastic is all you can say about this Ipod. The screen looks awesome. Photos and videos pop at almost HD quality. Sound quality is great.I have always been tempted to buy an Ipod touch. After using my mates touch I'm glad I didn't. Yes the touch is a fantastic piece of kit but has two main let downs for me. One, the memory isn't no where near big enough and two. the battery life is poor.We went on holiday and we got delayed. After my mates touch battery die I was still rocking 3/4 full.Excellent product in everyway. 160gb is properly too much and I would just pick up an 80gb if I had the choice again.
Mr Bean's Holiday
1 New from
The Story: Bean wins holiday to France and things go down hill from there.
So yeah the story may be a bit weak but the film is short enough (90mins) so it doesn't bother. The end is great as everything comes together.
The reason I gave it 5 stars is because the picture quality is fantastic. It's one of the best looking HD-DVDs I own. There are no black bars during playback which doesn't bother me but feels like its making to most of my HDTV.
Extras: Nothing special but worth a look.
HD-DVD exclusives: Nothing in the form of IME but you can bookmark your favorite scenes. You can also bookmark your favorite videos which is kind of cool.
Overall Mr. Bean's Holiday is just a fun film that most people will enjoy, especially Mr. Bean fans as it stays true to the original series.
