  1.  Simply Excellent

Superb read, a recommendation from a friend. I thought it would be a heavy read, but it wasn't easy to get into and hard to put down. Simply a great read and I will be looking forward to reading the rest of the Triology.

  2.  Recommend- great book

Great novel that brings Connelly's main characters all together to fight through a case that turns out to be complex as the story goes on. Fast paced, well written and difficult to put down, all in all what you probably expect. Strongly recommend.

  3.  A true classic

The first novel of the collection, set in two parts. The first sets you straight into the Conan Doyle's London, a factual acount of what actually the happened. The second part takes us back and shows the how and why. A brilliantly structured classic that leaves us wondering how until the very last pages.

  4.  Excellent read

A truly superb read, fast paced and full of wonder. One of his best best books I've read so far. For those new to the author this is well worth a read you'll soon find yourself hooked to Pattersons books.

  5.  Very good

Finally a complete autobiography from Jonny on the whole of his career which gives us a real insight into what really goes on in that head of his. He comes across as a shy person and you can see why, with the pressure that he puts himself under.

A true and frank account of everyday life and what he felt during those big moments that we shared watching him. The only downside to this book is that it skates over the rugby world cup and what I really wanted to read was what actually went on, this is avoided. But perhaps this says alot about him; not interested in causing a stir by saying something he shouldn't.

Overall a good read from one of the greatest sportsmen of our generation.

  6.  Well Crafted quick read, well worth the money.

An excellent short story for a superb author. This really is a quick read due to the fast paced nature of this book, well crafted and delivered well. I found myself going through my everyday jobs thinking about the plot of the story, which is always a good sign of how much I enjoyed this.

  7.  Very good

Grave Peril the third book in Butchers series on Dresden delivers some great plot and fast storyline. However I struggled to recall what had happened in previous books which made recalling all his characters a slight dampner on the twists and turns of the book,

Nonetheless a good read and I will be looking forward to the 4th book in the series, certainly nothing to put me off reading more from this effort.

  8.  Excellent set of short stories

An excellent set of short stories, Grisham still has the magic which made him such a big name in the genre, each still maintains the speed and enjoyment of a typical Grisham novel. For any fan of the author this book is a must.

  9.  Outstanding

A true classic, I feared this has been overhyped by the media, but this book is just fantastic. I am a big fan of Nick Hornby and this takes a style not far away and reads wonderfully. Gripped from the outset to the last page and true masterpiece. One of the few books to have blown me away.

  10.  Loved it.

Harry Bosch returns in a global chase to recover his dearest, another page turner from one of the best crime writers out there. As expected the plot swings at least twice in the last few chapters, as you would expect a great read, loved it.
