Having read all of Silva's I was a bit let down by the last instalment of Gabriel Allon series. It was somehow predictable and very similar to the previous books. Does not compare to The English assassin or The confessor. Anybody who hasn't read the previous books will love it though.

Its a good movie. Its obviously nowhere as detailed as the book so I would suggest reading the book first. But I thought it was a good movie. Its fast paced and will keep you guessing till the end, especially if you haven't read the book.Worth watching.
Its a great read. I think this is the best book by Daniel Silva so far. Its written with more passion and like all the Gabriel Allon books its fast paced and full of action. It takes over your life as you want to know whats gonna happen next.

I have to agree with the review left before mine. The book sort of gets you hooked and you do want to know whats gonna happen next but when I finished it I felt somehow disappointed. I'm sure that anybody who starts reading it will finish it in a couple of days, not cause of the book being good one but rather cause of the way Dan Brown writes. Its a good read but I thought it would be much better.
A very good read. Once you start you won't let it down.Fiction and fact and history collide to make this book a riveting one, like all the other Gabriel Allon novels.

A real page turner. Forsyth is a brilliant story teller and is hard to tell what is fact and what fiction.Really Enjoyable!!!

A great book, extremely well written. Once you start reading you wont put the book down. You feel as if you met Mccandless not just read about him. A great story about a great person who wasn't scared of living his dream. We all could learn from this person.
