  1.  Wrong aspect ratio on box

Great film and the picture is pretty good for blu-ray, sound as stated is only 5.1 dolby digital, aspect ratio on my previous dvd was 2.35:1 with the black bars on top and bottom, the blu-ray states on the box that it is 2.35:1 but is infact 1.85:1 with no bars I suspect this was filmed in super 35mm as there's more picture information on top and bottom but less on the sides.
    Subtitles: English only

  2.  Fantastic!

    Spoiler Alert!!!!
Just finished watching the director's cut and to me is much improved, the intro of the film was always a bugbear of mine now it's been removed it feels more natural. This is actually a descent release from EIV which seems to mirror the US release, there are two versions of the film on the same disc theatrical and director's cut, 7.1 dts hd Audio, director's cut fast track which highlights all the added scenes and trivia notes, documentaries and 3 commentries. Audio quality was top notch as for the picture, there's been a lot of negative talk about edge enhancement, I didn't really notice this although I'm watching it on a 32" LCD' You may notice it more on a larger screen or projector, I found the quality to be really pleasing for a 10 year old film with lots of detail on faces and interiors. Two thumbs up and possibly my best Blu-Ray of the year
