This book is fantastic and is just what every woman/girl needs whether you're in a relationship or not! It really emphasises the saying'treat 'em mean keep 'em keen.' It is really easy to follow and makes complete sense. Some parts could do with updating, as it does not make reference to the use of mobile phones, but you get the jist. Also there are a few parts which could prove difficult to follow. But all in all the foundations are there which you can take and apply to your own life thus becoming more in control of your relationships and life in general!
