  1.  Awesome

Bought this for my spare room. Freeview on previous aerial and booster would constantly freeze or jump and skip - non of that with this. Aerial is on the opposite side of the room to the window. Can't recommend enough.

  2.  To answer questions below..

Yes the guitar controller is wireless, and yes it also works with Guitar Hero 1 and 2.

To clarify about the "laggyness" of the guitar; I don't see it - I've played GH3 on the XBox 360, and it plays (controller wise) EXACTLY the same.

  3.  Bye Bye Standby

Had one of these for a while. To be honest, I wasn't really looking to save energy; I just wanted a way to turn off electric equipment without clambering over my TV stand. I have one of the plugs connected to an adapter where my TV, Xbox, Freeview Box, aerial booster, surround sound and DVD player are all connected, so with one click they can all be switched off and I avoid seeing the little standby lights on each of them (and not listen to the annoying little hum from my freeview box). Also have one of the plugs connected to a table light, which I can turn on and off without having to lean over to it. Brag about it to everyone; I think it's definitely a cool little gadget. Great for lazy sods like me, but also saves energy too...apparently ;-)

Bought two sticks to upgrade the RAM in my Vaio VGN-N38E from 1 gig to 2. Installs easy, but you can get instructions from My Club Vaio. Noticable difference, especially in start up time. No problems. Highly recommended, especially for the price - not seen cheaper elsewhere!
