  1.  Robust classic t9 Nokia 3days battery life excellent

    Posted:

June 2012 and this Nokia c5 remains one of the few Nokia mobile phones worth owning with at least 3 days battery life clear call quality and very robust build quality it's what Nokia do/did best compared to recent c3-01 or asha 300 it's much better quality and after having one for two years which has been dropped regularly and lived in dusty conditions it still works perfectly with normal t9 button layout its easy to make calls and text. It will do a little light web browsing but not as well as a "smart" phone.
If you just want to text SMS and make calls then this is probably the best available even in 2012. I hate touch phones with their poor interface lack of feel and poor battery life this c5 is a robust reliable work phone and nothing else comes close. If only Nokia would release an updated version rather than the cheap plastic. So my purchase of this is as a spare though I expect my existing c5 will continue in for another couple of years.

  2.  Quality robust t9 handset, old school but brilliant

If you want a t9 button handset then you won't go wrong with a Nokia c5.
It's built to old nokia robust build quality and call quality is clear in both directions. Battery life is excellent between 3 and 5 days.
If smart phones are not for you then get one of these c5s.
Still does web browsing and whatsapp and email gmail hotmail etc.
    Excellent. Semi smart phone.

  3.  At under 100 pounds it's fantastic.

    Great Screen and Speaker
    Free android voice navigation.
Better speaker than another mobile I bought which cost me 325 pounds!

    Genius from ZTE.

If it had a 100htz processor I'd have given it 5 stars.

  4.  Fantastic entry level Android

  5.  Good Camera

    Great Camera.
But the rest of the phone is very average.
    Battery life is just acceptable.
    Screen is average.
    Old tech.

  6.  Old technology but there isn't much better at the moment....

    Posted:

No touch screen and poor browser experience.

But as a phone it's pretty good.

    Could do better Blackberry ...
But not much about to beat it.

  7.  Poor Battery life

Great but as others have said the battery is not up to the job. Otherwise excellent when it has battery power.
Be sure to keep the charger nearby.

  8.  Outstanding but for a little more you can get a iPhone 3gs

If you absolutely must have a keyboard then this is an excellent phone I also have the iPhone 3GS and would say if I only had to have one phone it'd be the 3GS. It makes the 9700 look like old technology in pretty well every area and when you consider there is only fifty pounds between them it's a no brainer. Otherwise the 9700 is probably the best keyboard handset on the market. And beats the nokia e72 e71 except if you need sat nav which comes free with the nokia phones. So overall the 9700 probably needs an update and further price reduction to make it a complete no brainer.

  9.  High price small memory and no flash otherise excellent.

    Posted:

If you can pay the high price and live without flash and a large memory for video and photos.
    Then the ipad is excellent.
Little in the way of competition.
Best features are books apps and screen / interface.
Might be better to wait for the gen 2 version which will have camera and possibly flash which would make surfing perfection.
100pounds extra for the the 3g models looks a bit much.

  10.  Excellent comfort probably the best available for under £100

These are open style headphones so if you don't want others to hear what you are listening to buy closed type.
Other reviewers complaining about leaking sound didn't do their homework!

The sound quality is excellent balanced for all types of music but if you are looking for heavy heavy base then look elsewhere.

The bottom line is that if you are looking for all day comfort and high quality balanced sound then these HD555 's offer exactly that. You know they are quality when you find that you can drop the volume levels way down and still have the most fantastic all round balanced involving sound. So much so that even if you are in an office others won't hear.

In terms of comfort though they are not lightweight you can wear them for hours even if like me you wear glasses the soft ear pads are very comfortable.

The downside is they are just so amazing that once you've experienced this kind quality everything else just sounds so wrong.
