This book is a must for anyone who enjoys restaurant curries, including the grease and strong wonderfull mix of flavours. If you prefer traditional indian food, or if you just don't like oily recipes then this is not for you......
The recipes are easy to follow and as long as you do follow to the letter, you'll get an exact replica of the curries served in the restaurant. The results are truely amazing.
The base sauce used by most of the recipes requires some patience and it's best to bulk produce this and freeze the result - so freezer space is required.
